WELCOME

Customer feedback is essential for your business and this guide can help you to develop new ways to find out what customers think of the experience you offer. The Listening to Our Visitors Guide can show you how to make the most of feedback, focussing on practical tips and how to gather feedback at both business and area level.  And then, most importantly, what action to take, as a result of the information you gather.

This guide has been developed by a group of tourism operators in partnership with Scottish Enterprise, Highlands and Islands Enterprise and VisitScotland; to help tourism businesses maximise their greatest asset – their customers
